  • Can I switch between tiers?

    Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • What happens to my data if I downgrade?

    Nothing disappears. Pro or Elite features become read-only until you upgrade again. Your full history stays intact — sessions, CF trends, lever progressions, everything.

  • Do you offer team or gym licenses?

    Yes, with volume pricing for 5 or more athletes. Email contact@fitx.training with your team size and we’ll put together a quote.

  • Is there a free trial?

    7 days for Pro. Elite is direct purchase — our 14-day refund policy covers it, so you can still try risk-free.

  • Refund policy?

    14 days, money-back, no questions. Email us and it’s done.

  • Why price in USD if the app is in Turkish too?

    Stripe billing runs in USD during MVP. TRY pricing via iyzico is on the Wave 2 roadmap — until then, your card handles the conversion automatically.
